Cinnober - change of date for trade sessions

30 Nov 2011 News alert

As previously announced, Mr. Jan Arpi has left his position as CEO effective November 15, 2011. Per Anders Häll-Bedman has been appointed as Acting CEO while the company seeks a new CEO to continue the company’s international expansion and prepare it for its plan to list the company on a public exchange.

Over the past six months, Cinnober has secured two major deals; one with the Stock Exchange of Thailand in June the other, a business breakthrough for RealTime Clearing on the world’s third-largest exchange, BM&FBOVESPA in Brazil.

At its most recent meeting, Cinnober’s Board decided to change the company’s trading sessions on the Alternativa aktiemarknaden, such that trading can be based on the company’s annual and semi-annual results. This means that the planned trading period in December 2011 will be postponed until March 2012. The June trading session will be moved to September.

Despite the regular market valuation process having been postponed, the Alternativa aktiemarknaden will provide and accept purchase and selling interests in order to meet investors’ needs. As the year-end approaches, there may be many who for various reasons, are reviewing their investments and want to make changes in their shareholdings.

For details of current status of orders and purchase and selling interests contact Alternativa aktiemarknaden on +46 (0)8-673 17 90. The contact is Victor Helbrink.
