LMAX is a multilateral trading facility (MTF) for contracts for difference (CFDs) and foreign exchange (FX). LMAX is the first CFD and FX platform for retail clients with centralised clearing. LMAX was established by and is majority owned by Betfair, the world’s leading sports betting exchange, and launched in October 2010.

LMAX utilizes Scila Surveillance for market surveillance.
